First time for Shinn Shinn and Me

I would stop for blogging about my KK trip (would continue later although my sister complained how come I still cannot finish blogging about KK trip) as I just finished one new experience which I would like to share. On 3rd July 2010, this was one of the day which I would not forget. My first experience to participate in the make up competition; Shinn Shinn first time experience to be model and need to walk on the stage.
I would not say that I have prepaed very well for this competition but I was satisfied with my perfomance and thanks to Shinn Shinn for her help to be my model.
This was the photo Linda took on 2nd Jul when she went to Queensbay for lunch. She told Shinn Shinn this was the stage that she will be standing there to perform the catwalk the next day.
This was the stage on that day. The title of the competition was Rain Forest Fantacy Make Up Competition - 熱帶雨林創意彩妝比賽. A tiring day for me as I was there at 11am until 7pm.
Waynie showed all the models how to do the catwalk.
We were contestants number two.
The first part would be the hair do session which was 1 hour (12pm – 1pm). I was busy setting her hair.
After that there was 1 and a half hour break for lunch, helped the model to wear the costume, did the body art and etc.
Just put something on her back so that it won’t look empty.
The make up session started at 2.30pm to 3.45pm. Prepared all my tools and accessories for the make up.
Here began the competition. I was concentrating for my make up. Shinn Shinn told me that “Wah …. your hands so cold! Calm down.”
This was how the environment…
Concentarting until I did not notice someone took photo.
Almost done ….time also almost up…. Do you know what is this make up represent?
Shinn Shinn performed on the stage … with all kind of different pose …
Shinn Shinn, do you consider to be a part time or full time model? After finish all these photos, do you know what was this? It was a parrot.
“热带雨林”， 这四个字， 在我脑海里浮现的，不是香甜美味的水果， 也不是七彩斑斓的花， 而是鸟。因为鸟可以在蓝白云里无拘无束的飞翔， 就像人们所向往的自由自在。在众多的鸟类当中，那为什么我会选择了鹦鹉呢？鹦鹉属于热带雨林的食果鸟类。它不仅拥有鲜艳绮丽的羽毛，耀眼却不失亲和力， 再加上善学人语技能的特点，更增加了它的独特性。这就是为什么成为了人们的喜爱。我会采用青色为这次彩妆的主要颜色是因为它代表着大自然，给人们一种清新和谐的感觉。 这就像鹦鹉往往为人们带来了许多欢乐一样。

Finally finish the competition and it was the time helped Shinn Shinn to take off the accessories and clean off the make up.
Although I did not win any prize on that day, it was still a good experience for me. I think this would apply to Shinn Shinn as well. Thanks for helping me in this competition.
