六口气

Miki showed me these few sentences just now and she asked me to apply all of the following criterials.

  1. 沉住气
  2. 不泄气
  3. 少生气
  4. 别斗气
  5. 要喘气
  6. 别叹气

Do you know are these few sentences mean? Do you know how to apply it?

  1. Have to cool yourself down when you get angry, so you won’t do or say something that hurt other people.
  2. Don’t give up easily whenever you face any difficulties or problems.
  3. Control of you temper and try not to angry so often.
  4. Do not argue or fight with some unnecessary issues.
  5. To inhale and exhale in a long deep breath as in weariness of relief.
  6. Don’t always sigh as Chinese do believe that by doing this action will bring back luck to yourself.
